With the blurring of work and personal life, and the proliferation of social media coverage of events, it has become increasingly difficult for employers to understand what aspects of an employee’s off-duty antics may amount to employment misconduct. In this one-hour session, Lance Ceaser will present an update on how an employer can legally address a variety of off-duty issues, including social media misconduct, driving infractions, and criminal conduct.
